Depending on your needs, we offer options for weekly, every other week or on an as-needed basis. Typically, it takes 10-20 consistent sessions to see improvement, but it is not uncommon for some clients to need long-term care (more than 20 sessions).

*** If you choose the as-needed option, please be aware that your preferred time slot may not always be available when you need it.
*** Pre-paid packages are not available for clients meeting on an as needed basis.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Missed appointments or late cancellations will be subject to the full session fee. If you purchased a prepaid package, the missed session will be forfeited and will not be refunded.

Frequent cancellations, even with proper notice, may result in the loss of your regular appointment slot.

50 minute individual session: $175
50 minute couple session: $200
75 minute couple session: $250
75 minute group session: $60-80

You can pay in advance 5 or 10 sessions for a discounted fee.

The package fee is non-refundable after three sessions. If fewer than three sessions have been used, you may request a refund for unused sessions at the package rate. After three sessions, unused sessions may be used as future credit or transferred to a family member or friend, provided they are used within one year of the package purchase date. After one year, unused sessions will expire.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards.

Please note that payment is due at the time of service.

At this time, telehealth services are available exclusively for group counseling and established clients who need occasional remote counseling.
